Ingredients

    cans carrots (drained)

  • 6

    eggs

  • 1 1/2

    cup sugar

  • 2

    tsp. baking powder

  • 2

    sticks butter

  • 6

    T. flour

  • 2

    tsp vanilla

Directions

Blend in blender till carrots are smooth. Bake at 350 degrees 45 min. to 1 hour. This usually takes 1 hour. Dish will become brown around edges and begin to pull away from sides and rise. Press with finger tip in center to see if firm.
