No-Bake CLICK Mocha Protein Bars

Ingredients
- For The Base
- 3/4 cup oats (I used rolled)
- 1 envelope CLICK decaf mocha protein powder – minus 1 teaspoon (reserve this 1 teaspoon for the topping)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons melted coconut oil
- For The Topping
- 3/4 cup dark chocolate chopped
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon CLICK decaf mocha protein powder
Preparation
Step 1
For The Base
Melt the coconut oil (in a microwave or over a stove)
Mix in the oats, honey and CLICK protein powder till very well incorporated
Then, empty and press firmly into a parchment lined loaf pan
For The Topping
•Melt the coconut oil and dark chocolate- either in the microwave or over the stove
•Add in the teaspoon of CLICK protein powder
•Pour this mixture over the base
•And let sit 8 hours or overnight in the fridge
