No-Bake CLICK Mocha Protein Bars

“These CLICKtastic, no bake bars were my attempt at making my last envelope of decaf mocha last a little longer than one cup! The 4-ingredient base and the 3-ingredient topping are a cinch to pull together for a quick, easy breakfast, mid-day snack or after dinner treat” ~ Shashi

Ingredients

  • For The Base
  • 3/4 cup oats (I used rolled)
  • 1 envelope CLICK decaf mocha protein powder – minus 1 teaspoon (reserve this 1 teaspoon for the topping)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons melted coconut oil
  • For The Topping
  • 3/4 cup dark chocolate chopped
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon CLICK decaf mocha protein powder

Preparation

Step 1

For The Base
Melt the coconut oil (in a microwave or over a stove)
Mix in the oats, honey and CLICK protein powder till very well incorporated
Then, empty and press firmly into a parchment lined loaf pan

For The Topping
•Melt the coconut oil and dark chocolate- either in the microwave or over the stove
•Add in the teaspoon of CLICK protein powder
•Pour this mixture over the base
•And let sit 8 hours or overnight in the fridge
