  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt and sugar
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/4 cups milk

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400. Sift together flour, baking powder, sugar and salt in a large mixing bowl. Using a fork, but the butter into the mixture. Stir in the milk and mix gently until the dough comes together. Drop the dough onto a baking sheet by spoonfuls, leaving enough space between biscuits for them to expand. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until biscuits are golden brown.
