Ingredients

• 3 cups quick mix
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 cup milk or water
• 1 tea vanilla
• Topping
• 1 cup quick mix
• 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
• 1 tea cinnamon
• 1/4 cup butter or margarine
• Quick Mix - make a mix cookbook
• 8 1/2 cups flour
• 1 Tbl baking powder
• 1 Tbl salt
• 2 tea cream of tartar
• 1 tea baking soda
• 1 1/2 cups instant nonfat dry milk
• 2 1/4 cups shortening
• mix all ingredients with mixer

Preparation

Step 1

Shake egg, milk and vanilla in shaker and pour over dry
ingredients. Mix well. Layer in 8" square pan with
crumble topping. Bake 350 40 - 50 minutes.
