Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 3/4 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 14.5-oz. can tomatoes & green chilies
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3/4 cup corn
- 1/2 cup kidney beans, drained
- 2 t. chili powder
- 1 t. cumin
- Shredded cheese (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Spray skillet; brown turkey. Drain any excess liquid. Add turkey to slow cooker. In a bowl, combine cornmeal with broth and whisk thoroughly. Let stand 5 minutes. Add cornmeal to the slow cooker with all other ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Cover and cook 3-4 hours on HIGH or 7-8 hours on LOW. Serve with cheese and sour cream if desired.
