• Yukon Gold Potatoes
• Sour cream
• 1 stick of butter
• half and half
• cheddar cheese
• bacon bits
• (minced scallion tops)

Preparation

Step 1

Boil potatoes; drain; mix with sour cream, butter and half and half. garnish with cheese, bacon and onion, if desired.
