Step 1
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Pour 1 c buttermilk in a bowl. In large plastic bag mix 1 c flour, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper. Then buy 3 to 3 1/2 lb cut up broiler fryer chicken. Dip in buttermilk and then shake in bag with flour mixture. Place skin side down in ungreased 15x10x1 pan. Spray chicken generously with cooking spray. Turn chicken and spray oter side more with coooking spray. Bake uncovered 45-50 minutes until crisp and juice is no longer pink. Meanwhile in small bowl mix 1/2 c barbecure sauce and 2 tbsp honey. Just before serving, brush chicken with sauce. I TRIED THIS ON 07/10 AND IT WAS VERY GOOD, EVERYONE LOVED IT.
