- Grilled bass
- • 2 cloves garlic sliced
- • 1 red onion sliced
- • 4 pieces of 6 oz. bass fillets
- • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Tomato watermelon salad
- • 1/2 cup olive oil
- • 2 limes
- • 2 summer tomatoes cubed
- • 1 cup watermelon diced into 1/2 inch cubes
- • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- • 2 pieces scallion chopped
- • 1 bunch arugula chopped
- • 4 basil leaves chopped
- • Salt and pepper to taste
- • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- • 1/2 teaspoon sesame seed oil

DIRECTIONS
Fish
Heat the grill. Put red onion, garlic and fish on the grill. Sprinkle salt and pepper and brush with soy sauce. Grill 3 minutes on each side. Set aside.
Salad
In a bowl, combine juice of 1 lime, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Whisk in sesame oil and sesame seeds.
Add in tomatoes, watermelon, scallions, basil and arugula. Salt and pepper to taste.
Toss together the grilled garlic and onion with soy sauce and juice of 1 lime.
Place fish on plate and top with the garlic onion mix. Serve the arugula tomato salad on the side.
