Banana Sour Cream Walnut Loaf Recipe

Ingredients

• 2/3 cup Butter
• 1 1/3 cup Sugar
• 2 Eggs
• 1 1/2 cup Bananas mashed (3-4)
• 2 3/4 cups Flour- sifted
• 1 tsp Baking Powder
• 1 tsp Soda
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1/2 cup Sour cream
• 1 cup Walnuts chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Cream Butter and sugar; add eggs, bananas and blend well. Sift dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture. Grease and flour bottom only of 9x5x3" pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 mins. Cool 20 mins in pan remove and wrap in foil.
