  • Filling:
  • 3 8 oz. Philadelphia Cream Cheese
  • 1 3/4 cups of sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 qt. Daisy Sour Cream
  • 2 tsps. Vanilla extract
  • 1 high springform pan
  • Graham cracker crust:
  • 1 pkg. of graham crackers – crushed
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Preparation time 45mins
Cooking time 105mins


Step 1

Preheat oven 375°

Blend cream cheese and sugar well (use mixer)
Add 1 egg at a time (mixing well after each addition)
Blend by hand sour cream and vanilla into cream cheese mixture

Graham Cracker Crust:
Mix all ingredients in small bowl
Spread evenly & pat on bottom of pan leaving a slight lip on crust

Pour mixture in pan
Bake 1 hour – turn oven off – leave in oven with door open until cool
Then refrigerate 8 hours
Garnish and Enjoy!
