Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 shallot, minced
- 5 1/2 T finely chopped Italian parsley
- 1 T finely chopped oregano
- 1 T red wine vinegar
- 2 T EVO
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t sugar
- 1/4 t red pepper flakes

Mix all ingredients together and let it sit for at least one hour to allow the flavors of the sauce to develop. Serve with your favorite steak - great with hanger steak.
