- 1 LB LEAN GROUND BEEF
- 15 OZ CRUSHED TOMATO IN JUICE
- 2 CLOVES GARLIC, MINCED
- 1 ONION, DICED
- 1 TSP CUMIN
- 1 TSP COCOA
- 2 TSP CHILI POWDER
- 1/2 TSP CLOVES
- 1 TBSP APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
- 1 TSP ALLSPICE
- 1/2 TSP GROUND CAYENNE PEPPER
- 1 TSP CINNAMON
- 1 TBSP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
- 1/2 TSP SALT

Step 1
IN A NONSTICK SKILLET, QUICKLY SAUTE THE BEEF UNTIL IT IS NO LONGER PINK. DRAIN ALL FAT AND DISCARD.
PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS INTO 4 QUART SLOW COOKER. STIR, COVER AND COOK ON LOW FOR 8-10 HOURS.
