    TSP COCOA

    TSP CHILI POWDER

    TSP CLOVES

    TBSP APPLE CIDER VINEGAR

    TSP ALLSPICE

  • ½

    TSP GROUND CAYENNE PEPPER

    TSP CINNAMON

  • 1

    TBSP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE

    TSP SALT

Directions

IN A NONSTICK SKILLET, QUICKLY SAUTE THE BEEF UNTIL IT IS NO LONGER PINK. DRAIN ALL FAT AND DISCARD. PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS INTO 4 QUART SLOW COOKER. STIR, COVER AND COOK ON LOW FOR 8-10 HOURS.
