Ingredients
- 1 pk Lime flavored gelatin; -3 ounces package
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 can crushed pineapple; drained, -reserve juice, 8-oz can
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3 ounces cream cheese; softened
- 1/2 cup celery; chopped
- 1/2 cup Nuts; chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Grease a 5- cup mold with mayonnaise
Dissolve gelatin in water. Add enough water to the reserved pineapple juice to make 1 cup. Cook pineapple juice and sugar in medium-sized saucepan over medium heat until clear, approximately 3-5 minutes. Cool slightly.
Blend gelatin, pineapple juice and cream cheese in blender. Stir in pineapple, celery and nuts. Pour into prepared mold and chill until thoroughly set.
