Pacific Rim Honey Grilled Fish

From The National Honey Board. Delicious. Marinate time is 1 hour.

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup honey
• 1/4 cup chopped onion
• 2 tablespoons lime juice
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
• 2 cloves garlic , minced
• 1 jalapeno pepper , seeded and minced
• 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
• 1 lb swordfish steak

Preparation

Step 1

Directions:

1 Combine first 8 ingredients; mix well.

2 Marinate swordfish steaks in honey mixture at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.

3 Grill fish allowing 10 minutes per inch of thickness or until fish flakes when tested with a fork.
