Ingredients
- 2 T. olive oil
- 1/2 yellow onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cups chopped Kale
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 bunch asparagus spears, chopped
- salt and pepper
- 2 T. Veggie Bombay
Preparation
Step 1
Heat olive oil on medium heat. Saute onion for about 1 minute. Add asparagus and garlic. Cook for about 3 minutes. Add kale and spices and stir. Cook for 2 minutes. Add spinach and stir. Cook just until spinach starts to wilt.
