HOMEMADE CINNAMON APPLESAUCE

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs. apples (McIntosh or Gala)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Peel, core, and coarsely chop apples.
Combine apples and remaining ingredients in large saucepan over high heat.
Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
Then reduce heat and cook until apples are falling apart, about 15-20 minutes.
Mash apples with fork and serve warm.
