Ingredients

  • Olive oil
  • Garlic
  • 2 anchovy fillets
  • 1/2 t Dijon mustard
  • 1 egg
  • 1 t Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 t seasoning salt
  • 1/2 t fresh ground pepper
  • 1/4 c fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 c Parmesan cheese
  • Romaine lettuce

Step 1

Prepare garlic and oil mix a day head.

Chop anchovies very fine and blend into mustard. Add 1 raw egg, blend. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and lemon juice. And mix thoroughly . Adjust lemon taste. If too lemony, add touch of wine vinegar. Add touch of hot sauce if desired. When satisfied, add cheese and mix well.

Dress the salad with garlicky oil until leaves are coated and glistening. Add dressing and toss. Sprinkle with Parmesan and fresh ground pepper.
