Pimento Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 7-oz. jars sliced pimentos, drained
  • 3 10-oz. bricks sharp cheddar cheese, finely grated
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

Preparation

Step 1

Blend pimentos to puree with electric mixer. Add grated cheese beating until smooth. Beat in mayonnaise.
