  • 2 lbs. tips in strips
  • 2 T. salad oil
  • 1 med. green pepper
  • mushrooms
  • 2 T. butter
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • GRAVY
  • 2 T. butter
  • 1 T. flour
  • 1 c. beef boullion
  • 3 whole cloves
  • 1 bay leaf

Step 1

melt butter-blend in flour, add boullion, bay leaf and cloves. boil, simmer remove them. brown meatin oil add salt and pepper. add green pepper . add mushrooms and butter juice and meat till boil.
