Ingredients
- 1 cup warm water 105 to 115°
- 2 tablespoons yeast
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 8 ounces of cheese or chunks of mozzarella for inside
- a mixture of shredded Colby and Swiss cheese for the top

Step 1
Mixed yeast, water let sit for a couple of minutes add sugar, garlic powder, melted butter and oil. Add the flour a little at a time mixing in your stand mixer. With a dough hook. Add salt, knead for 10 minutes in the stand mixer or by hand. Let dough rise in a greased bowl covered with a wet cloth for about 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 375° divide dough into 20 pieces or so.
Put about a 3/4 inch chunk of cheese in one and make sure you pinch all the edges. Pinch side down on greased baking sheet sprinkle the buns with shredded cheese bake 375° for 11 – 15 minutes brush with melted butter
