  • 1 1/4 cup lowfat milk
  • 1/2 cup liquid egg substitute
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 6 piece cinnamon raisin bread
  • 1 tbsp margarine

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a medium size bowl, mix together milk, egg substitute, sugar, vanilla, salt and nutmeg. Add the bread slices to the mixture, and mix until moistened.
3. Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
4. Place a spoonful of prepared bread mixture into each muffin cup. Evenly drizzle melted margarine over each muffin cup and place in oven.
5. Bake for about 30-35 minutes or until the bread mixture is golden brown
