Ingredients
- 2 large red or green apples
- 4 oz. dark chocolate
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 1/4 cup chopped dried cranberries
Preparation
Step 1
Core and cut apples into 8 slices, leaving skins intact.
Melt chocolate over double boiler, or in microwave for 1 minute.
Dip each apple slice in melted chocolate; then roll in chopped almonds and dried berries.
Chill in refrigerator about 15 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh mint.
