  • 1

    Cup Margarine

  • 1/2

    Cup Sugar

  • 1

    Tsp Baking soda

  • 1

    Tsp Baking Powder

  • 2

    Eggs

  • 1

    Tsp Salt

  • 2

    Cups Flour

  • 1/2

    Cup Milk

  • 4

    Overly Ripe Bananas (Black)

  • 1

    Tsp Vanilla

  • 1

    Tsp Cinnamon

  • Brown Sugar for Sprinkling

Directions

*Preheat Oven to 350 degrees. Grease or Line your Muffin Cups. *Cream Butter and Sugar until smooth. *Mash Bananas and add to Sugar mix. *Add Vanilla, Cinnamon, and Eggs. Mix Well. *In a small bowl whisk Baking Soda, Baking Powder, Salt and Flour. *Add 1/3 of Flour Mixture to the Butter Mixture. Mix well. *Add 1/2 of the Milk to the Butter Mixture. Mix well. *Add 1/3 more of Flour, then the rest of the milk. Mix until smooth, then add the rest of the Flour. *Fill Muffin cups 3/4 of the way. Sprinkle tops with Brown Sugar *Bake 7 minutes, rotate pan, and continue baking until the muffins have reached a golden yellow tone.
