- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/4 c. chopped onion

Step 1
mix 1/4 c. soup w/ beef, crumbs, egg,and onion. shape firmly into six patties, brown on med. high. spoon off fat, mix soup and 1/4 c. milk then pour over patties simmer for 20 min.
