Honey-Chipotle Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in pork chops
  • 2 tsp grd cumin
  • 6 TBL butter
  • 1 C chicken stock
  • 4 canned chipotle peppers, chopped
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • steamed broccoli

Preparation

Step 1

season chops w/ cumin
in lg. skillet, cook chops in 2 TBL butter over med-high until golden,
abt 5 min pr side
transfer to platter
in skillet, boil stock, peppers & honey 4 min
whisk in vinegar Y remaining butter
season
poiur over chops
serve w/ steamed broccoli
