Ganache (Chocolate)

Ingredients

• 1/2 C Chocolate Chips,
• Semi or Dark
• 3 Tbsp. Heavy Cream

Preparation

Step 1

Excellent for Chocolate covered Strawberries.

Melt chips in small saucepan with the
cream.
When all is melted and combined,
dip strawberries in ganache.
