ENCHILADA CASSEROLE

Ingredients

  • 1 lb hamburger browned
  • 1 med onion diced
  • 1/4 c celery
  • 2 T gr pepper
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 1 can chopped gr chiles (sm can)
  • 1 t chile powder
  • 1 can cr mush soup
  • 1 can cr chick soup
  • 1 can evap milk
  • 1 1/2 lb cheese grated
  • 1 doz corn tort quartered

Preparation

Step 1

Brown together, hamburger, onion, celery, gr pepper.

Simmer sauce, gr chile, chile powder, soups and milk

Layer tort, sauce, cheese.

Bake 350* 40 min allow to set 10 min
