Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked, chopped chicken
- 1 cup black beans
- 1/4 cup shredded Mexican cheese
- 1 green onion, diced
- 3 oz. Greek yogurt, plain
- 1 T. taco seasoning
- 1/2 t. ground cumin
- salt to taste
- black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together. Serve in a lettuce cup like a taco or as a side dish.
