Ingredients
- 6 c flour
- 3 c sugar
- 1 lb butter
- 10 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- grind rind of 1 lemon
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter, add sugar beat until fluffy. Add the eggs, flour, cinnamon, and lemon rind.
Drop by spoonsful on a pizzelle iron. Bake until quits steaming. Lay on a rack to cool.
One batch takes about 1 hour.
