Pizza Casserole


I make this in 2 9x13 pans and cook one immediately while putting the 2nd in the freezer for another day.

  • 64 oz. spaghetti sauce
  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 1 1/2 lb pizza sausage
  • 16 oz. medium egg noodles
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 c. parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 package small pepperoni
  • 16 oz. shredded cheddar cheese



Step 1

Brown meat and drain. Add sauce. Simmer for 20 min. Cook noodles as directed on package. Drain; add butter, garlic salt, and parmesan cheese. Using 2 9x13 pans, layer 1/2 of the sauce, all the noodles, pepperoni, then remaining sauce. Top with mozzerella cheese. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes, uncovered.
