Ingredients
- 2 lb. boneless pork loin roast
- 3/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/3 cup orange marmalade
- 1/2 tea. tobacco
- 1 tea. grated horseradish (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Season roast with salt and pepper, place over indirect heat in medium-hot grill.
Stir together remaining ingredients and baste roast every 8-10 minutes with mixture until roast is done, about 30-45 minutes. (internal temp. 160 degrees).
Let roast rest 5-8 minutes be3fore slicing to serve. Discard any leftover basting mixture.
