Ingredients
- 1 cup uncooked white rice
- 1/3 cup chopped onions
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 can chopped olives
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
- 1 1/2 cups water
Preparation
Step 1
In a medium skillet sauté rice, onion and butter until onion is tendon. Add bouillon cube. Gradually add water and salsa, stirring just to mix. Cover and simmer 20 to 25 minutes until liquid is absorbed. Stir in olives and green onions.
