Chicken Pasta Bake

Ingredients
- 1 lb penne pasta
- 2 lbs ricotta cheese
- 1/4 C grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 12 oz can fat free evaporated milk
- 1 egg
- 1 T garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 10 oz pkg frozen chopped broccoli hawed and well drained
- 1 10 oz pkg oo 2 C cooked chunked chicken breast
- 2 C shredded mozzarella cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare penne pasta according to package directions drain. Coat a 9 x 13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine ricota cheese, parmesan cheese, evaporated milk, egg, garlic powder, salt and pepper; mix well
Stir in broccoli and cooked chicken, mix well. Add the penne and toss gently until mixed, pour into baking dish and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese
Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes then remove foil and bake 5 more minutes
