- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup high quality cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1/4 cup raw honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Step 1
Melt coconut oil. Blend in a food processor or blender. Pour onto wax or parchment paper, cover and smooth with hand until equal thickness (about 1/4 inch), then lay in freezer over the top of everything (doesn't have to be level) Chill for 30 minutes in fridge or freeze for 10 minutes. When firm, remove and break into pieces. Store in a sealed container in the freezer or fridge.
