Hoeny-Mustard Dip

It's pretty eye-opening that many honey mstards on the market have high-fructose corn syrup, not honey, as one of the first ingredients. All it takes is a quick stir of real, antioxidant-rich honey and mustard to make your own tangy-sweet spread or dip. Here I use two kinds of mustard for a textural twist.

Ingredients

• 1/4 c. grainy mustard
• 1/4 c Dijon mustard
• 1/4 c. honey

Preparation

Step 1

In a small bowl, stir together the mustards and honey to combine.
