Cinnamon Protein Shake - Shelly's

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 T. brown sugar cinnamon SF syrup
  • dash cinnamon
  • ice cubes

Preparation

Step 1

Blend and sprinkle cinnamon on top.

NOTE: SF vanilla or caramel syrup can also be used.
