Ingredients
- 1 (20 ounce) package refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 1 cup Italian salad dressing
- 2 ripe tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 large green bell pepper, chopped
- 3/4 cup (3 ounces) shredded Parmesan & Romano cheeses or Italian cheese blend
- 1 (2-1/2 ounce) can sliced black olives
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare tortellini according to package directions; drain, rinse, and drain again. Place in a large bowl and chill at least 4 hours.
Add remaining ingredients; toss until well coated. Serve immediately, or cover and chill until ready to serve.
