Ingredients
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 3/4 cup sun dried tomatos
- 1/2 pound uncooked shrimp 26-30 count, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 pound Lobster uncooked
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/3 cup sliced pitted black olives
- 6 garlic cloves
- 3 tablespoons minced shallots
- salt and pepper
- 2/3 pound fresh cooked fettuccini
- grated ramono cheese
- chuncks of goat cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Add shrimp, tomatoes, basil, olives, garlic & shallots in a large skillet in oil.
Season with salt and pepper - cook until shrimp turns pink - stir - 3 minutes
Place pasta in serving bowl, pour ingredients over pasta sprinkle with romano and add warm goat cheese
