Ingredients

    cup olive oil

  • ¾

    cup sun dried tomatos

  • ½

    pound uncooked shrimp 26-30 count, peeled and deveined

  • ½

    pound Lobster uncooked

  • ½

    cup chopped fresh basil

  • cup sliced pitted black olives

  • 6

    garlic cloves

  • 3

    tablespoons minced shallots

  • salt and pepper

  • pound fresh cooked fettuccini

  • grated ramono cheese

  • chuncks of goat cheese

Directions

Add shrimp, tomatoes, basil, olives, garlic & shallots in a large skillet in oil. Season with salt and pepper - cook until shrimp turns pink - stir - 3 minutes Place pasta in serving bowl, pour ingredients over pasta sprinkle with romano and add warm goat cheese
