Pineapple Bread Pudding

Ingredients
- 6 slices of bread, cubed
- 1/2 cup margarine, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 20 oz can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
Details
Preparation
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, stir together bread, margarine, sugar, flour and
pineapple.
Add eggs.
Pour into a greased 2 qt casserole .
Bake 350F for 1 hour or until knife inserted comes out clean.
