French Toast Pudgy Pie

Ingredients

• Prepare an egg batter (mixing eggs, milk, cinnamon and brown sugar). Dip two slices of bread – thick Texas toast works well – and place them into the pie iron. If desired, a thin layer of jam or syrup can be placed in between the bread.
