Marcie's Harvest Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked & sliced potatoes
  • 5 slices bacon
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 onion sliced or chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Cook bacon until crisp, remove from pan and add onion. Cook onion until translucent, but not brown. Remove pan from heat, add soup and sour cream, stir, add potatoes and mix. Top with crumbled bacon, cover and bake in 350° oven for about 1 hour, or until bubbly.
