Ingredients

    10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach

  • 3

    tbsp onion

  • 6

    Tbsp butter divided

  • ¼

    cup flour

  • ½

    cup eveporated milk

  • ¼

    cup reserved spinach licqued

  • ¼

    tsp red pepper

  • ¼

    tsp garlic salt

  • 1

    tsp worcestershir

  • ½

    brick pepper jack cheese

Directions

Cook spinach in boiling water. Drain Spinach well reserving 1/4 cup water Sauté onion in 3 Tbsp butter. Blend in flour with spoon. Slowly add milk, spinach water and seasonings. Cook until thick. Add spinach and cheese (cut into small pieces). Stir until melted.
