Ingredients
- 2 red onions, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon chopped coriander
- 4 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 chilli or jalapeno, deseeded, finely chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle the onions with the salt then set aside for 10 minutes.
Rinse in cold water then drain and transfer to a clean bowl with the
coriander,
lime juice,
oil and
chilli.
Season with salt.
