Ingredients
- 2 cup peeled and cubed potatoes
- 2 onion, chopped
- 2 heaping TBL chopped garlic
- 2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 (14.5 ounce) cans chicken broth
- 1 15 oz spicy cheese dip + 1 8 oz cheese spreed or shredded cheddar
- broccoli heads
- 1 (15 ounce) can creamed corn
Preparation
Step 1
In a slow cooker, combine potatoes, garlic, & pepper. Add broth and cover, cook on low 7-8 hours.
Stir in cheese & creamed corn and cook 60 minutes or until cheese is melted and blended with vegetables.
Last 30 min - turn to high & add broccoli
also - last 30 min add thickening flour or similar
