Ingredients
- 1 pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1 small tub basil pesto (or see homemade Pesto recipe)
- Mozzarella cheese
- 1 Roma tomato, diced
- Crusty Bread
Preparation
Step 1
Spread softened cream cheese in bottom of small casserole dish. Spread pesto over top and sprinkle with Mozzarella and diced tomatoes. Serve with crusty bread or crackers.
