Ingredients

  • 2

    sticks of butter

  • 3

    large shallots

  • 6

    cloves of garlic

  • teaspoons of white pepper

  • ½

    cup of sherry (extra dry)

  • 4

    tablespoons of parsley

  • pounds of shrimp raw and peeled

  • 1⅓

    french bread crumbs

Directions

Melt butter in large skillet add shallots and garlic, saute. Add white pepper (the more you cook it the more peppery it gets). Put breadcrumbs, parsley, sherry & butter mixture in large bowl, mix. Place raw shrimp in a glass 13x9 dish, put mixture from large bowl on top of shrimp. Bake at 350 degrees until middle shrimp is red about 20 minutes.
