Ingredients
- 5 c hot water
- 1 1/2 c powdered milk
- 3/4 c shortening (melt in water)
- 2 yeast
- 4 t salt
- 3/4 c sugar
- 12 3/4 c flour
Preparation
Step 1
Mix first 6 ing together. Add 9 c flour, mix then gradually add rest. Knead til springy. Greese ball of dough, rise til double, pound down and rise double again.
