Crepes

Ingredients

  • -Half Recipe:
  • 7/8 c. or 3/4 c. +2 T. flour
  • 1/8 t. salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 T. melted butter
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/4 + 2 t. flour
  • salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 t. melted butter
  • 1/2 c. milk

Preparation

Step 1

Heat crepemaker 350 degrees for 10 minutes

Blend all ingredients together with a whisk
Let the batter rest for about 5 minutes

Pour 1/4 c. of the batter into the pan and tilt to cover the entire surface.
When the first side is done, gently turn it over and heat the remaining side.

The first crepe is almost always trash, so don't worry about it when it doesn't turn over easily.
